Learn to swim
Swimming lessons are an important endeavour for people of all ages. They are a vital life skill that builds confidence, self esteem and respect for water. Lessons contribute to saving lives but also provide an avenue of recreation and fitness for many people living in Australia. For children, swimming lessons are a great place to build friendships and social skills, while undertaking a progressive curriculum that includes stroke skills, safety skills and a pathway to swimming as a competitive sport later in life.
